Turpie's second EP gives audiences a look into the evolving songwriting of the band. Themes include famous horror tropes, cryptids, and classic horror icons. Where the first EP felt speculative, this second effort looks to cement the band's foundation moving forward.

Turpie are a horror punk band formed in Tuscaloosa, Alabama in September 2023 by Aaron Key and Zach Robbins, adding Michael Key on guitar later that month. Turpie performed once as a three-piece before adding Zac Bise on bass in June 2024. Heavily influenced by early punk bands like the Misfits, Ramones, Dead Kennedys and the Damned, Turpie blend classic punk progressions with a dash of southern charm to bring fans a horrifically terrific new sound.
